Where to get your turkey-to-go
Can’t cope? There’s hope! These area markets, restaurants, caterers and specialty-food shops are among the places standing by to take your order for fully cooked, ready to heat-and-eat holiday fare. Order early as supplies are limited. Most stores require at least 48 hours notice. Remember to allow sufficient time to reheat prepared food, and if you are picking up your order the day before, make sure your refrigerator has room for everything.
